We don't eat much red meat at all but I had a hankering for some and tried this cut because of all the cuts of beef, this should be among the best, right? I was not disappointed. The meat was flavorful and tender and stayed juicy. Cooked on the grill alongside some shrimp kabobs, it made the perfect "surf & turf" dinner. When I have another craving for red meat, Corner Post is where I'll shop!
Truly, these tenderloin filets are to die for! The flavor is unparalleled, and they have been consistently the best of any I have had.
