Wow!! This is amazing. We recently joined the corner post community and this is by far the best Italian sausage that my family has had. You will not be disappointed.
The pork that I have eaten so far... pork sausage, Italian sausage and pork chops have been delightful culinary experiences. Thank you for your careful raising of these animals that sacrifice their lives for my nutrition.
Try out two weeks ago! I'm getting more!
First time trying this order. I was a purist and did not add anything just made out the patties and put them on the grill. Delicious! Next time I will get even more creative with it.
The fat burger is dynamite!!! Flavor is amazing!
These are very good pork chops. I trimmed a lot of the fat off because my family doesn't like the fat. Then I roasted them in the oven with potatoes and carrots and most if the fat actually "melted" off and helped create a flavorful sauce for the veggies. I didn't season the chops because I wanted to see how they actually tasted and was not disappointed--very flavorful. Will definitely buy again.
Nothing better than a really thick juicy Pork Chop on grill! Man were they good! Thankyou Corner Post for doing what you do🙌
I am not a big meat eater. It just never tasted right to me. We would have meat every now and then and it was just OK. I decided to try Corner Post. The pork chops are excellent! They taste wonderful. They are not all gray looking like the ones in the store. They are the best! You try and tell me I am wrong. They do something very right here :)
I absolutely love your chops. Too often the fat is trimmed off of the sides of even quality chops bought from others but yours have at least a half inch left on and for me, that's the best part. A thin slice of fat with each piece of meat is heavenly. And the taste is fantastic every time. Keep up the great work.
The first time I met Adrienne and Lee it was a bitterly cold winter day at Corner Post's "Meat and Mingle." I had many questions, which they were happy to answer. I remarked on how red the pork chops were and Adrienne's next words were, "These pork chops will change your life!" And she proceeded to tell me about how different the meat from forest-foraged pigs is than what we're used to. I have never been a pork chop fan. I don't think I've eaten one in over a decade but those were strong words, so I picked up a pack. We finally made them last night and oh. my. word. Adrienne wasn't overstating. They are amazing. Looking at the size of them, I thought I would eat maybe 1/3 ...but I found myself devouring the entire thing! They were tender and flavorful and, in the words of my husband, "I can't believe I'm saying this but even the fat is good!" While we didn't eat all the fat, we did cut tiny bits of the charred fat to eat with each bite of meat. We grilled them, basted with a balsamic reduction sauce (recipe below), and served over Chef Ottolenghi's Fresh Sweet Corn Polenta (recipe also below...although I've made this summer treat for years and trust me: swap out the Feta for some grated gruyere. yum!)
Bottom line: If you think you don't like pork chops...you've never tried Corner Post's.
I have been getting this box monthly for a year, and everyone who has tried it agrees it is the best meat they have ever had! The flavor id no comparison. It is enough to last me an entire month, plus usually an extra item or two for the freezer or guests. Cusomer service is al great!
