I cooked these ribs in organic beef broth and two bottles of organic bbq sauce in the crock pot for 12 hours. The meat fell off the bone and was so tender and succulent. Best bbq beef sandwich I’ve ever eaten and so easy!
Well, these beef back ribs were something new and they were great! We roasted them low and slow, meat side down, for about 3 hours and then put them on the grill with barbecue sauce for a few minutes. Yum! Such a great taste and very tender meat, we will definitely have these ribs again in the near future. Highly recommend.
