I cooked these ribs in organic beef broth and two bottles of organic bbq sauce in the crock pot for 12 hours. The meat fell off the bone and was so tender and succulent. Best bbq beef sandwich I’ve ever eaten and so easy!
Well, these beef back ribs were something new and they were great! We roasted them low and slow, meat side down, for about 3 hours and then put them on the grill with barbecue sauce for a few minutes. Yum! Such a great taste and very tender meat, we will definitely have these ribs again in the near future. Highly recommend.
We took a chance ordering this from Corner Post and I am so glad we did. We cooked it in the InstantPot with a few seasonings and shredded it for sandwiches. No one could tell that it was 100% Grass-fed. It was tender and juicy. I have been trying to convert my family over to 100% Grass-fed meat with no luck. The 100% grass-fed that we have purchased thus far had a gamey/oily unpleasant taste to our buds but not this cut. Highly recommend and will purchase again.
Made a perfect main for our Easter celebration! Braised it slowly in a tomato & wine sauce and it formed out beautifully.
It was too thick of a cut to use it in a sandwich and some of the cuts were with the grain of the meat. This made some of pieces tough to eat (considering this was probably a cut from round). the last thing is that this seems to been cooked longer than I'd like, well done, vs a medium rare. I would recommend it and buy again these if issues are resolved.
